As Director Solution Success, Andy is responsible for the subject areas Credit Management, Collections, and Compliance at Serrala. Previously, he was a Senior Solution Architect and a Business Development Manager and responsible for establishing and expanding partnerships with numerous companies in the credit agency, credit insurance, and consulting area. He has been working in the risk and receivables sector for 14 years and started working with SAP in 1995. In his career, he has supported more than 100 projects as a project manager, solution architect, developer, and consultant; across different industries. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Applied Sciences, Berlin.

Brian focuses on business processes and financial solutions to help clients maximize return on investment.  He has a proven track record in SAP since 1994 where he has demonstrated expertise in the areas of thought leadership, knowledge management, process design, project management, and SAP consulting. He has extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors as well as oil and gas, retail and utility verticals.
Brian has held many C-level positions in the past, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer. He has also served in other leadership positions including national credit manager, international finance manager and financial strategist. Brian holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba, and an MBA in International Finance from the University of South Florida.

As the Director of Solution Success for the Account Payable Solution at Serrala, Christian is responsible for the strategic success of our AP solutions for the global market. Christian has more than 15 years of experience Procure-to-Pay space. Automation of business processes have been his core focus for organizations of all sizes and industries. Christian has deep knowledge of ECM in combination with SAP, especially in the field of image and data capture, process automation and image archiving. Prior to joining Serrala Christian has held positions with xSuite Group GmbH. In his last role he was the Head of Product Management and Marketing.

As an experienced product management professional with a strong background in both theory and practice, Christian joined the Serrala team in January 2020. He brings many years of know-how in the information technology and service industry to the team in which he drives the further development of the cash application solutions. He is trained in Jira and Confluence and is specialized in creating user stories for an agile approach.

Daniel is responsible for Serrala O2C solutions in the Americas. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German. Before joining Serrala, he was the Global Process Owner for O2C at a global pharma company, responsible for centralizing and standardizing the Cash Application process across multiple markets, through the implementation of Serrala’s cash application solution. Daniel is process oriented with strong Information Technology background with over 10 years’ experience in the Pharma industry, 5 years in the Automotive and 5 years in the ePayment industry.

David Hobler has worked for Serrala Group since 2013. As a business and process consultant, he has specialized in national and international payment transaction processes. Since 2015, David Hobler has been responsible for Serrala’s Business Intelligence department. Together with his team, he develops analytical applications for the entire Serrala Group.

Ella Halabi has worked for Israel Chemical Ltd (ICL) for 19 years ago in various financial departments. She is a global top user and has led the project team implementing the Serrala solution FS² Credit. Her work area spans both headquarters and global ICL processes.

Eti Aharony has worked for ICL for 15 years in IT. She is an IT expert as well as SAP consultant as project manager for ICL. 

With 20 years of’ experience in the order-to-cash area, working for a number of tech giants during this period, Eva has developed a solid expertise in both credit risk and collection management. Eva fully supports the harmonization of the O2C cycle and believes automation is of essence to accomplish an entirely integrated O2C process. 

Garoid is responsible for process automation in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. He has over 2 decades experience in implementing and optimizing order-to-cash processes, including credit management, cash application, collections & disputes management. Similarly, Garoid covers the full procure-to-pay process chain from supplier evaluation to invoice capture and payments and bank communication. Before joining Serrala, Garoid was a senior SAP consultant with IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Garoid is a qualified accountant, tax accountant and treasurer (Association of Corporate Treasurers, London). Garoid speaks fluent German, French, Spanish and Italian and spent all of his career working with large multinational clients, optimizing finance processes.

Hans-Gerd looks supports prospects and customers in the area of treasury and cash visibility solutions from Serrala. He has more than 30 years of practical experience in the treasury area and has worked with and for numerous banks, medium-sized companies and global players during this time. Before joining Serrala, he worked in the areas of FX, interest rate management and investments. As treasury manager, he successfully introduced cash pools, credit line management and FX / IR risk management. Additionally, he designed and implemented in-house banks and payment factories for mid-sized and global corporates.

With more than 20 years’ experience in IT Solutions and Management, Jason has delivered projects and services to 30+ enterprise clients. In his role, Jason oversees the implementation of on-premise and cloud-based solutions to reduce infrastructure costs, support ERP and Legacy system decommissioning, enhance data/document management, and simplify business workflow processing.

Jatin has over 15 years of experience evaluating, designing, and implementing cash, treasury, and risk management technology solutions for multinational and public sector companies. Through his engagement and leadership on over 20 Treasury projects, Jatin has gained extensive implementation experience and a deep expertise in all SAP Treasury and Banking versions from 4.0 through the current ECC and S/4 HANA releases. His comprehensive business and technical knowledge span all aspects of Treasury & Risk Management, In-House Banking, Cash Management, Payment Management, and Electronic Banking.

Jessica has gathered SAP-related knowledge during the last 15 years as consultant and project manager in various implementation projects for the Serrala payment solutions.  In her current position as product manager, Jessica has guided product developments in the areas of Payments and eBAM over the past 6 years. One of Jessica’s current main topics is the further development of SAP FIORI apps and user-friendliness within the FinanceSuite.

Leonie has been working for Serrala for 3 years. Starting as Senior Consultant for FS² AutoBank, she moved into product management in March 2020. Together with Thorsten Baumann she is responsible for the continuous development of the cash application solutions of Serrala.

Marko Kling is Vice President, Solution Architecture at Serrala. In this role, he is responsible for the pre-sales processes across all Serrala entities and supports business development, partner management, solution strategy, and integration activities together with his global team. Marko joined Serrala initially as a consultant for payments solutions in the beginning of 2008 and has since then gained extensive experience particularly around O2C and P2P solutions by managing and conducting more than 100 projects and assessments with multiple customers around the world.

As Product Manager, Nayan is responsible for the Accounts Payable solutions at Serrala.  Previously he was Senior Consultant responsible for implementing Serrala’s FS2AP solution.  Prior to joining Serrala, Nayan spent 9 years implementing ERP solutions focusing on the Accounts Payable and Payments processes.

Nicola defines and leads the execution of the global marketing and communications strategy across all geographies and industries. In her role at Serrala, she is responsible for lead generation, brand and advertising, content and digital marketing, social media, corporate communications and media relations.

Nicola is an experienced global marketer with particular experience in leading multidisciplinary marketing efforts for complex global businesses and leading teams across functions and regions. Prior to joining Serrala in 2018, she worked in international management positions at top IT companies Accenture and Infosys. Nicola holds business diplomas from European Business School Oestrich-Winkel and Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena.

As Solution Success Director Nils is responsible for ensuring the success of the order-to-cash solutions, particularly in the area of cash application, of Serrala. Prior to this position he worked as Senior Solution Architect for Serrala. To date, he has supported over 100 customers and has implemented successful client projects across the entire EMEA region. He regularly writes articles for finance and treasury magazines and is an experienced speaker.

As a Senior Manager Nina Luh is responsible for the Group´s Business intelligence department. In her position, she manages the team, takes care of equipping all Serrala solutions in the universe of payments with powerful analytics reporting tools and specialized working capital management software. She has a proven track record in analysis and consulting in the field of treasury and working capital management with nearly 20 years of experience. Prior to Serrala, she was a manager at leading finance and treasury advisory firm Schwabe, Ley & Greiner. Nina holds a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Since 2017, René Ratke is product manager responsible for the continuous development of the SAP-integrated solutions for payments and account statements Manager at Serrala since January 2017. He first joined Serrala in 2013 as a consultant for the payments solutions. Qualified as a banker he also holds a degree in business administration.  

Sarah Fletcher is a Solution Architect for Finance and Treasury Services and Payments solutions at Serrala. For nearly 10 years Sarah has helped deploy global treasury and secure payment solutions at several Fortune 100 customers across North America. These implementations span across industries such as Aerospace & Aviation, Information Technology, and Agricultural Services.

In his position, Thomas provides professional consulting services for organizations regarding process optimization within the areas of payments, bank communication and cash management. He has a proven track record in active support with business case analysis and return on investment (ROI) calculations. Prior to joining Serrala, Thomas worked as senior account director at SWIFT with responsibility for “SWIFT for Corporates” and as senior vice president at former Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt and New York with different responsibilities in the cash & payment management area. 

Werner is the solution lead for Corestone solutions at Serrala. With more than 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, more than 20 focused in SAP, he specializes in SAP Information Lifecycle Management initiatives including Data and Document archiving and retention and compliance solutions. He has worked with both large and mid-sized companies and he is a trusted advisor to some of the world's most successful brands. He is a sought-after speaker on data management issues. Werner earned a Masters of Computer Science degree and a PhD in Business Administration from Regensburg University, Germany.
